Excellent Stay with Canal Views

The room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent. It is right next to the vaporetto stop and the main street. Breakfast had a nice selection, I could check-in earlier than expected (thanks to the kind staff!)

The bathtub shower needs an update. The shower head sprayed water everywhere, causing the bathroom floor to get wet.

The staff was very kind and helpful, even at my early arrival. They facilitated an early check-in. The reception staff promptly addressed and resolved the hot water issue (much appreciated!).
